REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must:
- Have a proven track record in sales and must be comfortable working in a commission environment
- Be able to work effectively in building rapport and relationships with buyers in order to develop long-term relationships
- Be able to work effectively with very little supervision
- Have a high comfort level in working with many technology applications, such as Word, Excel, Internet and e-mail
- Possess strong organizational skills to be able to effectively manage many details and projects
**Candidates with previous promotional product, sales incentive program or recognition program experience is a big plus and will be give the most consideration!**
